Amravati Airport Inauguration and First Flight from Mumbai

The new Amravati airport is set to be inaugurated on Wednesday at 10:30 AM by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. The first commercial flight from Mumbai to Amravati will land just before the ceremony, followed by a demonstration flight by Air India’s Flight Training Organisation.

Key Dignitaries to Attend the Event

Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde, Ajit Pawar, and Amravati’s guardian minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule will attend the event. Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu and his deputy Murlidhar Mohol are also invited.

Alliance Air Launches Regular Flight Services

Alliance Air’s flight from Mumbai will land at 10:20 AM and run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. MADC Vice-Chairperson Swati Pandey will welcome the guests arriving on this first flight.

Local Leaders and Officials Join the Celebration

Many public representatives and officials will also be present, including MPs Dr Anil Bonde, Balwant Wankhade, and Amar Kale, along with several MLAs and administrative officers like Divisional Commissioner Shweta Singhal and Collector Saurabh Katiyar.
